    PJFT through the ages.....

    As we all know, the new fitness requirements came in in September, having previously joined at 16, and joining for the second time around, I'm amazed at the contrast in fitness requirements. At 16, I didn't run a mile and a half until I got to Halton, and I'm pretty sure I didn't do any sit ups...

    PJFT Time

    Not really about fitness, but I've just checked my email, and have received an email with my PJFT booking details, only the time given is 19:30, is this likely to be correct? Only, I have my PJFT on Monday, and no way to check with the AFCO over the weekend.
