If you are suffering from log in problems then please do the following. 1. CLEAR YOUR INTERNET COOKIES To do this select the "tools" menu at the top of your menu and a drop down list will appear. Scroll down to the bottom and select "properties". Another window will then pop up, select "Delete Cookies" under the "Temporary Internet Files" heading. After carrying out the above press the home button to go to the main homepage. Once there look for the log in box at the top of the center column on the page and log in using that log in box. Usually, these log in problems are caused by multiple account logins for e-goat using the same machine. 99% of the time clearing the cookies sorts this out.
