Redundant slots

The WO will be reduced by making slots redundant. That's the law as I believe it, if they need a WO to do a job then they take one from somewhere else and someone at the end of the chain will see the WO slot go. Does amaze me the knowledge of some of our higher ranks.

I am told that there will be no back fill on those WO posts......therefore, as above, I understand that it will represent a loss to the trade. Does anybody know any different?

With only 3 for immediate release what is the real chance of them promoting 30 people to FS within the next 12 months.I wouldn't bet my house on it.........
