My daughter works on the opposite side of the road to Aintree so her workplace gets free hospitality tickets to compensate them for road closures and other disturbances. She won one of them and is going to the National, but I'm pretty certain she won't look like any of the roses in the photos.

I did a lap of honour a couple of years ago after return from Afghan. Great experience and lots of free booze from the organisers. I can't deny the attention we got from the fillies was flattering lol
