Well is it?

If not, can anyone recommend a cheap and cheerful portable LCD Flatscreen TV (15"-17") that I can use my 360 with to make it a bit portable........

Cheers,

BillyB

Im not sure about a laptop but ive got my 19" out with me in candybar fitted fine in my gorrila box. It's' a gateway widescreen monitor and only cost me 120 quid. Pretty good resolution with it as well 1440 x 900 more than the 360 can go up to with a vga cable

What's a vga cable?

But cheers mate. Soulds like exactly what I'm after.

VGA cable will be the red white and yellow connectors on the end of the lead

Dunno what you have out of the XBox (not owning one)

But usually Laptops have a Video out which is a 15 pin D-Sub (standard VGA Cable) -> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VGA_connector

Flatscreen monitors usually come with either a VGA connector or DVI (Digital Visual Interface) connectors for more modern flatscreens. -> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VGA_connector

Alternatively, theres LCD TV's that come with scart sockets, or sometimes you can get specialised things that clip on (I had a mini LCD for my gamecube for dets.)

Sorry mate vga a normal monitor cable you can buy them for the 360 mine cost about 15 quid. A bit steep for a cable i know but microsoft are robbing *******s. For info i got my monitor at staples cheap as chips
