My name is Mark Bedson and I am currently in Afghanistan. At the end of September I will be attempting to row 50km in under 4 hrs to raise money for Help for Heroes. The training is very difficult and in the last 2 months have racked up over 600km.

My aim is to raise £10,000 and would be greatful for all the support I can get.
