Just a quick hello to all my new friends and old comrades. I was lucky to serve for 29 years before taking advantage of Aunt Bettys redundancy package in 2006, and I must say I left at a very good time. Morale was still low but bearable, good trips were still to be had and desert clothing was second hand.
I wonder who's wearing mine now!
Anyhow, life in civvy street is different but ok as I am working and enjoying the weekends off.
Well its good to be a part of this excellent site and hope to contribute as and when.
