Hello dears, I thought I'd register and introduce myself after reading some of your colourful posts over the last few months. As my username suggests, I am one of the more mature users of this site. Isn't it amazing what technology can do these days? I remember when I saw my first motor car you know and of course times were much harder when I was a girl. Anyway, back on track I wasn't actually in the RAF myself, but I did know lots of American servicemen who were stationed here during the war, but I'm not going to give you details of that just yet!! I do have one request for all you youngsters - could you please use proper english? I'm not used to all this modern speak - it's all a bit confusing to me and it's certainly not something I'm used to hearing down the British Legion.
