This is useful for new recruits, I am amazed ashamed how little Halton has appeared to have changed. My memoires are 1997, I thought there were new style blocks there now, I hope it helps the new recruits

Why would it have changed?

The blocks are basic yet functional, and give the recruits a good introduction to communal living.
