So I got told Tuesday afternoon I would be going to Jordan for a week. I can't wait to go as I've only been in my first posting for a week! Does anybody have any info on what the camp is actually like out there?

It sounds like a "sky hook" det. :PDT_Xtremez_42:

It will be a hotel and an airbase, a **** barrack block and an airbase or a tent and an airbase.

Isn't Jordan known as Katie Price now?

Its brilliant mate, great place nice and warm, try and get up the twin peak range while your there, breathtaking.

Gloating b@stard. Best I get offered is two fcuking weeks in Otterburn in the middle of p1ssing winter.

Visit Petra if you can to see the Indiana Jones last crusade temple.

Brilliant place, it's where east meets west and has a good mix of arab and european "Ways" if you will.

If you are operating at Al Azraq .. It is most likely that you will stay here.

Jordan has two of the 50 things to do before you die.

Float in the Dead Sea... Beware, do not have a shave before you do!

and see Petra. Most people assume Petra is only this. The Treasury as seen in Indiana Jones and the Last Cursade.

However this facade is only a tiny part of the City built into the Mountains.

This shot was taken from Mount Nebo, assumed to be the burial place of Moses. Take your England rugby shirt and do a video of "Swing Low".. "I looked over Jordan and what did I see!"

Remember, its an Arab country, so getting ****ed in public is frowned on massively...

Haha thanks for the gen. I'm really looking forward to it now :PDT_Xtremez_19:

Off Topic Sorry, when I first saw the thread title, I thought you were following in Peter Andre's (and many other's) steps :PDT_Xtremez_14: Off Topic
