Been looking through the forums for a few months now and decided I should join and contribute to the forum after reading certain threads which grabbed my attention.

On my recent detatchment i had the opportunity of discussing some of the problems/issues I and my peers have with the service with a 3* and a 1* Officer, which I will comment on in the relevant threads.
