After having a major crash, I can't locate my mainboard disc to reinstall my audio. Any geeks who can point me in the right direction will see £10 in the P n P pot.

After having a major crash, I can't locate my mainboard disc to reinstall my audio. Any geeks who can point me in the right direction will see £10 in the P n P pot.
The mainboard should have the Manufacturer and model number printed on it. Or when you start up, halt the computer with the pause buton and the bios should tell you the info at the top left hand side.

It's generic (should realy go to your main board manufacturer site) but it should do the trick

Realtek website
failing that try Driver Genius this will tell u what you are missing driver wise, it wont download them for you however is pretty good in letting you know exactly what your are missing.
