Now that i'm a civvy, is anyone able to send me the ADR Awareness presentation for the movement of class 1 goods, it's found on the DG website, it seems to be something that civvies are not aware that they need for movement below the threshold!

Thanks

I suggest that you look on any of the Truckers Forums and sites as there are very many training groups to be found on them.
My company put me through mine and it is also worth 21 hrs on the Drivers CPC.
The course I did covered Tanks and Packages except Radioactives.

I am ex forces and now work for dft here's a handy link that should get you on the right track.

Quite surprising what can be carried without coming into scope and as much surprising what will put you in it as well !!. If your working transport there is in the bigger firms attached dgsa consultants who check loads and do the leg work. But there's no substitute for a good ADR course and not a get you a ADR licence course if you get my drift.
