I think it may be. I spent the last 2 weeks trying to get through with no success. Apparently they are only open 1400 - 1405 Mon - Thurs. The rest of the time is spent crisis managing a trade that is haemorrhaging people left, right and elvis, but still adding to the amount of people it needs OOA AND doesn't have enough people to fill the FMDL at home. Not sure if they have the time to manage our careers as well, judging by how mine has gone over the last few years. Glad I'm not doing their job.
