Aligned with the SDSR announcements and the removal of beers on JPA.

Between project Zeus/Apollo, FF2020, AFPS15, NEM and years of 1% pay rises they have right royally f**ked up what was once a great career for people. Are they so blind to realise that ex forces personnel are highly employable and there's a lot of work out there, especially for TG1? I was genuinely shocked by the opportunities I've been offered this week without really trying.

Seems very coincidental how they have shuffled the PVR time up about 2 months before the pay supplements are released... Might it be that TG1 won't get their own pay supplement and instead be mixed in with the proles?

In my view, and according the brief this year, It's just a numbers game. Retention has been tracking below the line for a while and this was allowed to happen as we have a SDSR target to hit for manpower. Now we are at the end of 2015, they are simply taking measures to coincide the required and actual numbers.
