Don't tell me water from the wash system leaked all over the wiggly amp stuff.
Check out the hatch door lock mechanism and key hole, make sure the key still turns the barrel (lube it up). Also check out the piddly little 2 pin plug that goes into the back of the door handle (corrosion) when you have all the trim off.
I couldn't get the boot to unlock cos all the lock mech was seized (damaged trim and a new lock needed), then a month later the car doors wouldn't lock cos of the tw@ting little plug (central locking an all). I ain't put the trim back on, I couldn't see the point. That was 2 years ago.
