Hello all

(just signed up)
I'm hoping to get in touch with any former RAF buddy's.
I joined in May 2000, and was a member of 5 flight initially under Cpl ********* (easy to remember) - he had bad scarring to his head also. I was then reflighted to 7 flight and passed out of Halton a week later than 5 flight.
Straight after Halton, I was sent to RAF Shawbury to comence FOA training under Cpl *****, and Cpl ********. I stuck it out at Shawbury for about 5 weeks, then PVR'd because I became disilussioned with FOA not being my first trade choice. I tried to get back into the RAF for the next 3 yrs as a PTI (which is what I really wanted to do), but never got the opportunity due to demand, and eventually becoming too old for age limits. (ah well - there you go).
I've worked as a Personal Trainer since leaving, and would really like to get in touch with anyone who may remember me from the RAF.
(I have'nt dropped any names, because I'm not sure if I'm allowed) - I was known as Mooney)
