"Officers and Non-commissioned Aircrew - The Officers and Aircrew Selection Centre:
Officer and Aircrew fitness tests take place over three days at the Officer and Aircrew Selection Centre (OASC).
The first stage of the assessment consists of completing as many 20-metre shuttle runs as you can – at a steadily increasing speed. The pace is set by a series of electronic bleeps, and for this reason the assessment is often called the ‘bleep test’. You’ll then have to perform as many press-ups and sit-ups as you can in one minute."
What would determine if you pass or fail this test? Do you have to complete a certain number of shuttle runs & a certain amount of press-ups? If so, how many?
