April Pay Statements

Yesterday on JPA, as HR Admin rather than self-service employee, my pay statement for end Apr was on the system, with everything present and correct. Today it's not on. Anyone know why? Can anyone else see their Apr statement?
Have checked payroll process results and it ain't there either.

I think the pay run is today.

They put the first run statement on so that those of us that need to can check to see if inputs are working. Then they take it off for the actual pay run (today). It should be back on on Monday or Tuesday.

Evening,

Just out of interest, now the pay statements are back on as HR access. Has anyone elses pay been co*ked up?

I have managed a pay rise backdated to the implementation of this great system JPA - 1 Apr 06! My IBD is the only thing I can spot that has changed since last month, did read Mar 08, now reads 1 Apr 06.

However, only (I say only as it could have been messier) a £1886 approx over payment.

Not sure if it is my increment backdated (due Mar 09), or annual pay rise backdated incorrectly. It definately isn't the high pay band, as the figure would have been more ridculous.

Just a warning that all is not well with one, I hope there aren't many if any more!

I believe that as a self-service user you will only get to see your Apr statement when the end of the month balance has been completed. The balances that are on at the moment are 'check' balances which allow HR staff to see what your pay is at the moment. There may be other inputs 'in the system' that will change your end of month pay balance.
However, I'm no expert in this field and stand by to be corrected.

Those with Unit HR access on JPA can usually view statements just after the middle of the month, roughly 5-7 days before the payslips on Self Service Employee are displayed.
