Armed Forces Covenant 2015 Cover

  • Following weeks of work, the E-GOAT team are delighted to present to you a new look to the forums with plenty of new features. Take a look around and see what you think!
Good to see that as part of the SDSR the Army have been ditched and the RAF are (as always) taking up the strain.

Or at least the front page of the Armed Forces Covenant 2015 Report would have it that way;

Navy, Air Force, Air Force! Ha ha! Awesome!

And this was presented to the Government. Surely someone must have checked it first (someone in the RAF, I guess?)!

In case you want to see it in all its HD glory (not the report, that's boring!);

Technically the 'Army' doesn't exist anyway - they only have enough personnel to be classed as a Corps these days.

Can't put an Army on the front cover if we don't (technically) have one...

Funny old thing, I was just talking to someone the other day about the famed 100 year experiment, and how ironic it would be if the Army were split up and folded into the other services and the civvy MOD (logistics all go civvy, Air elements to the RAF, infantry to the Regt and the Marines, technical trades split as required, (would be a massive boost to MPGS manning, that one), tanks sold on Ebay because we don't really have a need for them these days...) etc etc
