Morning all,

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, but does anyone know the distance between turns on the auggie bleep test? So far I've spoken to some who say it's 15m and some who say it's 20m.

A definitive answer would be much appreciated.

I thank you.:PDT_Xtremez_19:

Do you not have to do a fitness test as part of joining?

Yes, during basic training. I didnt though as I was injured, the training staff decided I didnt have to do it.

And when I was in the RAF I just did 1 1/2 run, then for some reason we never had to do the bleep test in our flight(I think hardly anyone on the station did it either)

AFAIK Bleep tests are all 20 m.

The 1.5 mile run can be (and still is)used if the gym is not available for the bleep test.
