i was wondering if anyone could PM me some gen about B troop. The little i know about it sounds good, but i would like to know more about it before going and asking for it.

i have a house so accomodation isnt that much of a swaying factor. i dont know much about the shift patterns etc so cant say for sure though

Is there NO RAF presence at all at your location? Failing that, what about your parent unit in the UK?

If you have access to the defence intranet, look on the manning website, at the ground trades uk and overseas positions register (really big spreadsheet). That will give you an idea of what might be coming up when. And change your preferences to RAF|CIS|Basic area Gloucestershire. and you should be surprised.

I think your allowed to call them and get the info from the horses mouth so to speak. If you can't get the number where you are, then ask someone at your home camp to look it up.
At least then you have proper gen
