Can I also ask best Blu-Ray ripper ?

I have used pavtube and DVDfab in the past but been having probs with them recently so any good alternatives ?

DVDShrink works well, I've also heard good things about DVD43.

Not if the DVD was written after about 2003 mate. However if you use DVDFABDecrypter to rip the DVD to a hard drive first, then use Handbrake to squish the DVD .VOB files into a single .MKV file. The end result is you take a 4 to 9 GB DVD and convert it into a single 650 MB to 1.3 GB single video file.
This is VERY nice for boys and girls going sandy side, as you don't have to carry all your disks with you. :PDT_Xtremez_30:

I just rip them to a hard drive and take that away....a 1TB 2.5" is cheap as chips these days....In fact I have 2....one for films/porn/documents and the other for pictures.

Finally got pavtube working again so got 1 week to rip all my current blu-rays.

Crack on............:PDT_Xtremez_09:

I've been using DVD Decrypter from DVDVideoSoft to bypass the protection and rip the DVD to my hard drive then use WinX Free DVD Ripper to convert to .avi DivX. They are both free and WinX works direct from the DVD if there is old or no copy protection. WinX can also convert to XVid, MP4 .mkv etc so whatever is your preferred format it's supported. The only issue I have with it is that it defaults to putting subtitles on so you have to remember to disable them each time.
