Been nosing on this for about a year now so figured i should introduce myself. Been in the RAF for 22 years, starting on crash and smash at Abingdon (ruined by the army). Spent the first 4 years using only a GS, hammer, adjustable and disc cutter! Nearly forgot- crash axe! Moved around a lot since then- TTTE, 1 sqn, HMF (witt and cott), 101 sqn and now Waddington sitting at this computer. Miss that squadron stuff, but on the up side i no longer go home stinking of oil and fuel (don't need that extra whiff, what with being ginger and all that)!
