Right basically i am tryin to make my mind up as to what to go in as n desperately would love to travel...

The main options i am considerin are Personnel, Medic & ICT specialist...

Can any one advise or help?

As i am getin confused with readin the forums lol

Whats are also the chances of promotion within these trades? help lol

I'm not a Mover myself, but I know they travel alot! If you want to go away, then that'd be a good trade for you. Lyneham in Wilts is where 1 AMW is based (I think that's their new name?). I'm sure a mover can give you more gen than me, but i hope that helps a little...........
 
AM thinkin of medic for my trade.but then i am thinkin of nurse to but just soo unsure...does personnel travel much?

I do want to want to move and travel as much as poss as I dont do any at the moment!

All help is much appreciated!!

Don't take this the wrong way, but I would refrain from "textspeak" when using this blog if I were you (in fact at all in any written communications, henceforth).....in the military, and especially in the military specialist trades, and very espcially on these pages, you will appear a complete tit.

Keep going though.
 
I think you need to forget basing your career choice purely on travel - every trade gets some degree of travel - but how happy will you be in 5-10 years time still travelling? Surely being happy in what you do day-to-day is important?

No point being a nurse to travel if you can't stand blood and guts?

Choose what you want to do and I'm sure you'll find that in what ever trade you do eventually choose, you'll get more than enough opportunity to travel - too much in some cases!

I am generally switching between medic & personnel but I am just undecided at the moment!

Every trade helps people in some way. Seems to me you're being quite narrow minded about what you want. A bit more research into all the trades may help you some more I think.

I understand that everyone helps each other in some way or the other..Just not sure how or what way to help ...I am so unsure what to do .

I am going more towards Medic at the moment!
