Does anybody have an email address for BMI Baby's customer services? I've looked on the website and it only gives a postal addres, surely they have an email address in this day and age?

If you know anything about the low budget airlines, its that BMIBaby's customer relations is cr@p - even worse than sleezyJet (if that's at all possible)

By only dealing in snail mail, it means they can take their time to 'deal' (or not deal as the case may be) with your complaint. Most people (like yourself) will nowadays automatically look for the email address and try and sort out the problem that way - quick and easy. Only dealing by snail mail puts people off....

Good luck by the way. If you don't get any joy from BMIBaby - follow it up with these guys

It's not just bmibaby; the bmi diamond club has a phone number that connects you to a call centre downtown India that is next to useless. So you ask for an email address, and they say no-one has one. What b0ll0cks!

There is, of course, a snail mail address, but no alternative phone number, or no email address, for someone who can help.

Maybe its a bmi thing, or maybe this is how they define 'customer service'.

Oddly enough I don't need to complain (yet), I just need confirmation that I never used the booking for my travel insurance.

Have to agree wth Mad_mo. Had an issue with Thomsonfly lasy year, so wrote to DSA Station Manager & Thomsonfly Customer Services Coventry (It was a big issue and lots of cash spent) then waited!!!!! After some months with no correspondence made a call to Customer Services and given the usual CS Speil '' It will be 28 days from receipt of correspondence'' So I got on the Net in the financial sites and found the CEO's Address. I wrote to him and he-presto - I received two grovelling letters, all my cash returned and compensation - so complaining does work - it's just a pity Customer Services DOES NOT!

Unfortunately, Thomsonfly no longer flies the DSA-AMS route which is a pain since I live ''On the patch'' when not in AMS.

Incidently. I now travel AMS-Libya on a Libya-French Carrier with none of the agro we have to adhere to when flying these Budget Carriers + I get an A320 with ONLY 10-15 other passengers!!!!!!!!!!

I suggest you write and use snail mail. Get the letter 'signed for'. This will force them to accept that your letter has arrived.
E-mails can easily go astray. A written letter is not so easy to loose. It might trake a few days longer, but you[ll have the evidence of them receiving it!
