They,ve been saying that since I joined up in 1995. Apparently everyone would be on the wing by 2000. Having said that I am a civvy now!
Yeah it's true. Don't you know all rumours are true. We never let the truth get in the way if a good story! 
On a serious note though mate I don't think anyone really knows how we'll be in a year let alone 5 years. There is no definate answers out there only speculation and as others have said these rumours have been circulating for years .
