I know this is a little after the event, but what the hell. Went to see Coldplay at the NIA on Wednesday and I have to say they were fecking awesome. I must admit it did excede my expectations. Not only was it fecking loud but it seemed non stop energy, even outdoing Ricky Wilson from the Kaiser Chiefs. Trying now to convince Mrs Techie to go to Wembly next year to see them again. If you get the chance to see them take it.

Any one else been, or going to see them?

Never seen Coldplay live but have always heard good reports. After reading your post, I am very very tempted.

Believe me it's well worth it. The whole place was on it's feet from start to finish. Never been to concert like it before. If rumours are to be believed then they will be producing one last album and doing one last tour after this one. I'll be getting tickets for the final date I think.

Oh and deffo thinking about wembly stadium in sept.

Got tickets for the Viva La Vida tour next year after missing the sale for the NEC and NIA this year (dammit). Really looking forward to it.

Never seen Coldplay live. Watched Paul Weller live few weekends back and i loved it! Best live performance ive seen.
