Good news for Anfield - quality player and seriously overlooked during SA10

Hope that he's worth the wage bill, but decent marker for hopefully a half decent season.

I'm not sure TBH. I've never been a fan of him myself and I've often thought of him as a petulent little child. He's not a rubbish player, he's just not a Liverpool player. At least he's on a free, but the wage bill for a player with a bit of a ropey injury record like that is a bit steep. I hope I'm proven wrong over the next season. I think more effort should be expended on keeping Gerrard and Torres.
