Can anybody tell me what the information on JPA is when you look at the commitment bonus?

Specifically the grade in the appraisals field? There is a number and letter - what does that equate to??

I've been wondering this exact question. On my commitment bonus screen it has my last assessment grade and the number sixty in brackets. can anyone shed any light onto it?

Tried find this out my self, eventually got told it's for you position on the board but isn't being used yet so these numbers are default. The amount of calls I made though to find out it was probably I nice way of saying fcuk off.

Do you mean that the number sixty i had is just a default one? BEcause i deffinately wasn't 60 on the board lol. I wish i was, i'd have my tapes lmao :PDT_Xtremez_30:

Yeah the numbers they said was default, the school report lettering matches though. This was the admin staff down south that told me this so don't take it a gen just yet, it might be the expected manning levels in 5 years time for all we know.

Yes, the numbers must be random as mine says 75 and we dont even have that many people in the trade.

I'm just curious as to what our position on the board and the grade we received has to do with our commitment bonus?

If you have an overall performance grade of D, you cant get your yearly increment and cant get your comittment bonus either!!!

You have to wait until you get a C or above in your assessment to become eligable again. Harsh but fair!!!

My number changed when my new assessment grade was added but it is still the same as others on that grade so different defaults I guess for different grades. There must be some admin type shiney's out there who can either confirm or deny what I was told. Either way I'm sure we will find out one way or another.
