Compulsory objective is it compulsory anymore?

As the title of the thread, I heard rumours of you not being required to have it on your SJAR anymore? I'm struggling to find SMART evidence for it this year, I've not been very inclusive at all working from home.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction to the AP or JSP that has the info I need?

Hi Sticky!

Normally the JSP 757 was the port of call ref SJARS. Do you want promoted? Put B5 objectives. Not interested and want to get to that 22 then put THAT ONE D&I B0110XXX Compulsory objective to keep them off your back and don't bother wasting your time playing the pointless game!!

Just my bitter, cynical view of things!!

Naa, a load of non-sense. This is tri-service, so across all forces. For further clarifications, you need to be looking at -

JSP 757 , Part 1, Annex A to Chapter 2

But also be aware of -

Part 1 - Directive, which provides the direction that must be followed in accordance...........

The latest version is

JSP 757 Pt 1 (V3.0 May 21)
