How do you remove individual cookies ? I'm running vista and IE7

I know how to remove all the cookies via tools>internet options etc but before vista I'm sure I just found the cookies folder then went through the list of individual cookies, on vista I can't even find a cookies folder.

Any help appreciated

Cookies in Vista are stored at:

C:\Users\(User Name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies

or

C:\Users\(User Name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\Low

there shouldn't be a space in the word Low but I can't get rid of it.

Thanks for that, however the cookies folder is empty. I shall be taking a small axe to the computer later on this afternoon.
