Decent cheap web hosts

Anyone out there recommend any good, reliable and cheap web site hosts that MiniFOMz can use for his latest website project.

Its got to be able to support a basic CPanel format, forum and a few other bits and bobs. Got to be cheap as he's paying for it from his pocket money.

Go for freevirtualservers.com. Buy the domain name and you will have fully specified hosting for life..as long as you include a small link/logo somewhere on the page. I have hosting for this page which I did for a relation.
