Can anyone point me in the right direction to where i can find the rates for disturbance allowance. Especially moving quarters at the same unit?

I know that it used to be if you were moving same camp qtrs and it was within a short period of time you got nowt.
Otherwise it's a reduced rate because it's still not a full move ie changing schools etc.
JSP on allowances should have all the latest rates

You still get the full amount of disturbance allowance if you are moving qtrs on the same camp for a valid reason.

If the kids are not moving schools, you just wouldn't be able to claim the child element. You still get the full disturbance rate.

It all depends on the cicumstances. If you've requested the move because in your opinion the neighbours are ASBO-licious then you may find you get nothing whatsoever. If it's because you're being told to move due to some sort of "re-shuffling" or so they can repair your quarter, then you should get the full whack. Also, if your entitlement has changed, i.e. you have a new addition to the family and are moving to a larger quarter, then again you should get the full whack.

Just a little info based on my experiences, but you're best off asking at admin or looking at the JSP mentioned above.
