They were certainly at Hereford between '76 and '78. As a stacker I did trade training at Hereford & recall watching WRAF passing out parades marching up the hill towards the PWOG building with proud parents following...... and naughty boy stackers leaning out of barrack block windows offering in loud voices to give Mary or Anne (or any other common female name) her knickers back...... There was almost certainly bound to be at least one worried parent!!!!
