At the moment I am using 2 samsung 26" HD monitors.
The problem I have is that when I am playing a PC game the mouse pointer is not disabled from behind the game window, this means as I move the character around the mouse behind the game works is way over to the second monitor on the right hand side and when I use the left mouse button it will minimise the game and return to desktop.
Also I can move the mouse to the right and the in game curser will stop at the right of the screen but the normal mouse pointer will continue to about 1/3 of the next monitor and stop.

To try and rectify this I have updated the mouse, monitor and graphics card drivers, and I have also played around with the screen resolution all without success. I have also tried to change the resolution of the game.

If it helps my comp specs are
Windows 7 ultimate
Duel Samsung Syncmaster T260 Monitors
Duel Nvidia GTX 285 in SLI
Intel QX9770 Extreme
8GB of DDR 3

I think you need to get out a bit more?

To be a bit helpfull though I don't fully understand your setup but is the game window spanned across both windows or are you playing on one screen with other stuff on the other?

I would think it has to be down to the settings as opposed to a driver issue. I would play with the settings by swapping the monitor positions around and see if it does the same towards the left. Or up and down. I had a similar problem (I think?) when i was using two mismatched systems and ended up offsetting the screens using one higher than the other as far as display settings thought to limit the problem. Your setup is a lot more advanced than I have much experience of though.

The game is on one screen with other stuff on the other monitor.
Ive tried stepping up and down the screen resolution.
Ive tried to reconfigure the duel monitor settings.

None of this fixes it, I do have vista on another HDD, and it works fine, just some of the games dont run, but thats a different problem.
So with that it could point to a windows 7 problem.

You need to give me one of your monitors then the problem will be gone...

well maybe 7's fault, not really played with it myself. I thought the idea was it was to be more user freindly for multiple monitors/ touchscreens and the like.

If you can live without the "other stuff" on the second monitor then a quick and dirty fix is to disable the second monitor in your display properties.

Bit of a bu@@er when you can't locate the mouse curser in the middle of a porno isn't it? :PDT_Xtremez_42: :PDT_Xtremez_31:

Its not an OS issue, but how the game is written. We had to deal with a similar issue on a project with three monitors.
