G'day to all. Finally got around to joining after seeing this site pop up so often in the last year or so. I'm ex-RAAF (Mirage and Hercs) now living in the UK after 25 years in the US.

G'day, mate! My son and fiancee currently live in Sydney, have permanent resident status and are about to become Aussies - but will stay Poms as well. Best of both worlds, eh? Enjoy Pommieland and the Goat!

[I'm told this is a true story. A group of British backpackers gets off the plane at Sydney and piles into a cab. After a bit, the driver asks, "Are you fellers Kiwis?" "No," they reply, "we're Poms". "Thank f@ck for that," he says, "I hate f@cking Kiwis". A bit further up the road, "Come to think of it, I hate f@cking Poms an' all".]
