What is the period of notice that you would plan on working? I would suggest that if you plan on working a long period of notice *18 months say), then you may well still be in line to pick up an OOA. But if you only have to work 6 months notice, and that's what you plan to do then, it's going to be highly unlikely that you'll be expected to do an OOA in your final 6 months.
 
Sorry should have said, I was thinking of 12 months. Although I guess I could just plan on the 12 month date and the ET 6 months before (hoping that they don't change it to 12months of course!)
 
Just make sure you don't fanny around hitting the button. If they ping you in the meantime, you're fecked.
 
They do seem to watch the goat to see who is asking about it judging by th enumber of posts on here about it.
