i believe so, the MOD charter a boat a few times a year to take bulk items down south, although i think civis can go on board as well as civi cargo.

You're lucky mate, I had to take my laundry with me! Admittedly I didn't bring much of it home with me, after 4 months of being washed in the fee MPA 'Bio-nic super nuke it' washing powder you get free on 'Q'.
