Ex Stacker introducing myself, in the Mob from 1976 to 2002 posted Stafford, Catterick, Finningley, Wildenrath, Wyton, Belize, Cottesmore, Belize,Catterick, Leeming, Fylingdales, Leeming, Boulmer and demobbed Leeming in 2002. Now run my own import and distribution company. Truly gutted at what’s going on with the serving folk at the moment, looks as if it’s all down the pan big time.
 
Speaking as another 1976 entry stacker (but having no camps in common) I'm just curious when you went through Hereford...... I was May - Jul myself

Went through Hereford Late 1976 Swinderby Sept to Oct 76 then Hereford. Smallie Boy not seen that term used in ages. Think it came from my time at Stafford, before us 16 Year olds turned up off the big blue bus, most realy young lads were Admin/Supply Appos so were kept in their cages until 18 or so. So all the old and bold and there were some right tw*ts gave all us 16/17 year olds the name smallie boys. And did we get some stick, I was hung upside down off a Fork Truck and other things, but happy times and throwing up in the NAAFI. bop. I went on to MR and other smallies went TSW way.

I worked in SCAF/Admin Office at that time.

Come to think of it I worked in SCAF most of my time in the RAF hence SCAFITE Below is my basic SCAFY time.

Once a SCAFY theres no way out. Every time I use to turn up to a new unit the boss would say I see you have plenty SCAF/PPC time and I was stuck in there again.
 
Gues you must have had to do the same as me at Hereford... create a scrapbook with copies of all the different vouchers in? Wish I could remember what happened to mine.
And then on the Supp 1 course, having to read the 'Noddy' books.....?
