Do the women in the falklands treat it like it's a holiday to ibiza. Basically becoming complete sluts (more so)
 
I think they do.

But to be honest, turn the tables and put yourself in the position where you were one of a couple of hundred blokes amongst a couple of thousand women, and tell me you wouldn't do the same.

Besides, (And I'm not inferring anything) but most people that come out with the "Girls in the Falklands are sluts" comments tend to be the guys that didn't get any. Either that or they got some once but then the girl moved on to someone else within days. Probably several times.
Would I be right? As I say, not having a go, it's very common down there. Causes loads of fights.

Now this has always interested me!

Why is it that a woman who sleeps with around is called a slut and a wh0re but a bloke who does the same gets a slap on the back and bought a beer by his mates?

Things must have changed down there since the early 80's, whilst there was a few burds that gave out the majority didn't and being honest whilst I may not be an oil painting some of them made me look good. And to be honest even if I had taken the chance (bravardo aside) I not sure I would have wanted to risk it!

That one has always interested me as well, its ok for a man to be a 'player' and have as many girls as he pleases blah blah blah but if a girl decides that she doesn't want to settle and just go out and have some fun with guys she's classed as a tramp etc :PDT_Xtremez_35:

Do you mean the 'locals', or the girls on det?

It's hardly a holiday in Ibiza. Methinks maybe you didn't get 'any'!!

I think you will find it goes back well 100 years to the days when women stayed at home blah blah, any women who strayed from this convention was seen as a s**t. Bearing in mind that at this time it really was a mans world.

The problem some women have with what they see as the male version of a s**t is that these blokes do tend to pull the burds and before they know it they are another of his statistics.

I actually think you could have a point! But its probably why blokes call women sl@gs etc because they aren't coming back and begging for more but moving onto to greener grass!!

To keep it on topic, I did a tour at MPA in 2002 and there were 5 females working with me, all of them became complete slags from the moment they were down there.
Granted, 2 were single, but the other 3 were either engaged or married, needless to say they weren't when they got back.

One of single girls shacked up with a Navy bloke down there, he phoned his fiancee back in the UK and binned her for his Falklands bird. However, the same night he flew back to the UK, she had a new bloke in her room, even as the first poor sap was still the air !

On my second tour last year, there was a shiney girl who clocked up a double figures within her first 3 weeks.
 
When I was there the two Civvy hairdressers got sent back for charging the guys! lol.As I understood it they ended up with thousands in their bank accounts.This was in 87.At the time I was shocked,now I think "Each to their own!"After all who am I to judge anyone!
I had a great time and got treated very well by all the guys.Yes it was like a holiday and I loved it there coming back with a spec rec!I even tried extending.I saved a lot of money not being charged food and accomodation I hasten to add...not charging as I am sure some will assume.
 
Well when I was there the last time in 84, there were two WRAC girls that were sent back early, for effectivley setting up shop. By all accounts they had made a small fortune which was supposidly taken off them by the authorities. On there way back on the ship MS kieron they were restricted to the ships crew areas and not allowed to mix with the rest of us. The rumour has it that they made quite a bit of the money up, by the time they got home.
 
Having recently spent 6 months there your right but not everyone but a fair few! That said so would the men given the chance! I do think some of the women punched above there wieght in the looks department and there was more than one or too crying over a man! What concerns me is teh amoutn of married people they probably go home with an itch, try explaining you dont feel liek a *** after 4-6 months your woman/man knows exactly whats up!

As for the local chicks keep your distance!
 
Yes there are some girls down here that are putting it about and I could name names. By the same virtue there are plenty of blokes that are exactly the same. There was one SAC down here, was engaged back home and on the phone for hours to her everyday. He thought he was God's gift to women and certainly slept with a fair few. A week before he left he booked an appointment at the Med Centre for a check up so he wouldn't go home and give his missus anything! :PDT_Xtremez_08:
