Stokes tries to break Papac's leg. 1 minute in.

And they still had the nerve to complain about the ref. Still, an easy 3-1 win for The Queen's Eleven.

Nothing to do with genuine Celtic fans thank you

Dr John Reid the Celtic chairmans fingerprints are all over Iraq and Afghanistan maybe they should remember that
Or they could nip into the museum and read about Willie Angus V.C. who was a Celtic player and the V.C. awarded to a member of the Celtic Groundstaff

Maybe they could speak to Billy McNeill ex Scots Guards

Oh and before anyone starts they do sell poppies at he ground

But do many Celtic fans buy them? (serious question). It's a sad day when a number of fans can display hatred of those who serve and have served and receive no condemnation from the club. I beleive the only reason the banner was even taken down was due to some decent minded Celtic fans at the game. Oh and the Scottish media top news story today? Referees chief Hugh Dallas sent a joke about the pope, you really couldn't make it up!

Yeah but it's Scottish football...so nobody of importance gives a fcuk!

I would suggest they do I do and so does all my family Scots based Celtic fans

The problem with both sides is the boat loads of folls coming over from the Province for the matches
I'm not syaing it dosen't exsist in Glasgow as we all now it does but they don't help

Funnilly enough the so called Green Brigade who are behind this banner are the same cry baby ****wits who complained to the police and Rangers when the Rangers fans sang anti Irish famine songs

I would even go as far as to suggest that the problem does not travel over the water-from my experience (of both sets of fans) some of the worst bigotry is displayed by the Scottish fans who claim kinship with the Protestant/catholics in Northern Ireland, despite having zero idea of the history of the province

All this from the so called 'greatest fans in the world' who had the audacity to be outraged at a few kids at last weeks game in Perth who made 'woof' noises at a Korean player.

You couldn't make it up.

Good thing the English don't want either side playing south of the border.. Good thing too after what the Billy Boys did in Manchester a cuople of years ago.

Lot of those Billy Boys had Cocknee accents.......

However in this case it seems to a Group called the Green Brigade who amongst other things object to the murdering British Army fighting in Ireland, The Malvinas (you couldn't make these things up ) and Iraq and Afghanistan

They have took it upon themselves to fire up a fenian outrage bus in protest at the club wearing poppies on their shirts next week at the Rememberance day

I assume the bus will be pushed across the road and torched as a mark of respect after the game

This time last year i was out in Benidorm and wore my poppy pinned to my celtic shirts(of which i have many).

This caused no problem when i visited the Celtic tavern to watch an spl match or at Malones an (youve guessed it!)irish bar, though i wont deny that
i wasnt ready for some tw@t to pass comment, nobody did and even if they had i would just have told them of our 7 fallen players in ww1 before telling them to fcuk off.

only comment passed was by 3 rangers fans i passed in the street who called me a "dirty fenian b@stard" and generally questioned my right to wear it,i was with my wife and didnt waste my breath on them.

Celtic and Rangers both have a hard core of bigots and sadly those who dont really feal that way often get carried along with the bigotry especially when drunk.

Will be in Benidorm again next November and poppy will be pinned to my hoops again

It will be interesting to see the results of the inquiry by Celtic given the amount of cameras now at football grounds. They should be able to identify them easily and I wonder where it will go from there?
