For those of you thinking about seeing if the Ops grass is greener on the outside

I came across this site earlier today, worth a look if you're considering working as a Dispatcher when you leave.

The grass can be greener, but it can also be very brown. Do not underestimate the difference in quality between RAF TG9/Flt Ops and Civies. On average the people you work with in the RAF are far above those in civy street. I have first hand experience of both sides.
