Hey,

Hope this is the right place to ask. Having a bit of a last minute worry.
Long story short, had a bit of an anlke ligament problem around about Christmas and underwent Physio for about 5 months and the problem is now fully cleared up.

I was supposed to start IOT in July but that got postponed until I was fully healed. I have been put forward for a Functional Assesment with the Cranwell physios and I have no idea what it involves can anyone tell me?

I am depsertate to start IOT having been sponsered through Uni for the last 4 years.

I am not too worried as I am running the Glasgow half marathon on Sunday and I will manage that in arounf 90 minutes, so I have regained full fitness. But the letters I have recieved state that my future availability for servie remains in doubt etc etc

I would hope that if you are fit enough for a half marathon there is bugger all to worry about. Priolly just some standard BS disclaimer but Penfold is prolly your best bet for a genned up answer mate.

Thanks! I hope he pops on at some point in the next day or so!
Oh belive me I have had fun with the Medical Board over the last 7 months or so.
All medical records sent, various letters from Doctors, Physios (NHS and Private), all sorts of evidence of my physical fitness.
