I drove on to 3 site at H-W and a Wg Cdr was on guard. It surprised me a bit.

It's been quite common at HW for the past 5 years at least. The Junior to Senior ratio is quite back to front there.

That's the story essentially. They should have MPGS but even they can't recruit and retain so someone else has to do it. Cranwell doesn't have that many non commissioned and there's only so long you can shaft them so it's time for the zobs to have a go.
