Hope you guys can help, am moving back into the mess this week, as the wife and I are not seeing eye to eye.

What will I have to pay food and accomodation or just one or the other?

When the wife finds a new place to live will I be able to reoccupy my quarter as I have a 4 yeay old I dont want to lose contact with.

Am a Brize if that matters.

Cheers for any help you guys can give.

Woody

I think, and prepare to stand corrected, you have a period where you are considered estranged. I think you're allowed 90 days from notifying HR that you have moved out, to allow for mediation between you and your wife.
In this time I think you just pay food charges, as you're already technically paying accommodation for your quarter.
I would emphasise at this point to DHE that your intention is to reoccupy the quarter for access to your child, or they'll issue you with notice to quit (90 days).
WO HR is a nice chap at Brize, and will guide you in the right direction, though I think my info is close to being correct.

Hope this helps, good luck.

Never, EVER, leave the family home for 'separation', even for a 'short break'. Nor the child.

A nasty lawyer (all of them are ) will make that 'deserting' the family.

Let the wife leave and cool off.

Sleep in a seperate bedroom if necessary in the house ( or have HER sleep there).

If (when) she leaves - for that short while - make sure you speak to a lawyer about getting her to pay child support.
