Hi, my names B*** and i was in the Mob 86 to 98 i started out as a Air Weapons Mechanic in TG1 and ended up as a TCOM in TG11 (work that one out)!
I did basic at Swinderby then trade training at Cosford, where i changed trades i then got posted to PBX, RAF (H) Ely 87-89,
PBX, RAF North Luffenham 89 ,
exchanged posted to PBX/Comcen RAF Leeming 89 - 94,
exchanged posted to PBX, RAF Uxbridge 94-95,
81 SU RAF Bampton Castle 95 - 96
and finally ended up in CIS Eng Flt, RAF Aldergrove 96 - 98.
After 12 years i left NI and headed home to the Isle of Man, did my resettlement course at Southend and have spent the last 8 years working for the Isle of Man Government as a Computer Engineer.
Married twice, still married to Mr's B MKII and have a 3 year old Daughter. I'm a member of the RAF Hospital Ely group and spend my spare time riding Mountain Bikes, Motorbikes, volunteer as a race official for the TT and MGP races and do a bit of Scuba Diving and general daftness. Going to Pamplona next year for my 40th to be chased down the road by a mobile steak supper, i'll be the one sponsored by Coleman's Mustard!

Know the Island well spent most of my summer holidays in Port St Mary staying with friends who lived on the High st about 4 doors down from what was probably the best chippy in the world. Know anyone who doaes cheap accom for a family of four as i want to show the island to the wife and kids. Been about 20 times say hello to the Fairys for me

Gotta say though that i've not met many "failed" armourers....you must be really special !!! (met 95% of armourers that should have failed !!)
