What shifts do you do & when do you leave?

There are 5 of us covering 24/7, we should be doing 2 D 2 N 6off, however we are not DWR or guard cmdr exempt and we do like to take leave so we end up with 4 on 4 off mostly. As we are on our own, if we take leave the whole shift plot needs to be changed and you end up unsure of what you are actually working more than one month ahead.
A replacement will be required in the new year......hopfullyDT_Xtremez_27:

Was about to go to Brize Eng Ops a couple of years back - till my preferred choice of Lyneham came up at the last minute and I ended up here.

Not for much longer though - we'll all be crowded into Brize soon enough.

Was at Brize in Base Hangar 92-96 too with NA if he still works in Eng Ops?
