Thought I'd use my first post to jump on here and say hi.

I'm currently serving with another service and looking to transfer to your bunch so I followed the trail of breadcrumbs from Arrse to see what I can find.

I'm currently a CMT but I'm hoping to move to the RAF as an MSO. Missed out on an army commission due to my age (being 30). Was initially looking to transfer as a medic, but the jobs are closed and they're not willing to budge, even though I have prior exp and quals.

And yes I have seen other threads on here about MSO's and teh grief they seem to get form the rest of you :D
