Hi to all! Been frequenting the forum a while just observing, so to speak but felt as my career nears its end as further service seems an inevitable 'no'.....but thats for a thread elsewhere, I felt there are some very experienced/wise folk on here who may provide some answers to the many questions I have.

I wish everyone the best with up and coming redundancy and hope you all get what you wish for.....sad times.
